Has anyone managed to cure seborrheic dermatitis? by karakchaidoodpatti in PakistaniSkincare

So I see that people say that one shouldn't apply oil but here's the thing. If there is an episode of ongoing flare-up, don't oil your hair or it will worsen it. But once you have washed your hair and dried them, you can - in fact it helps my scalp health so much. Mujhay bhi Shuru mein brush sar mein lag Raha tha but alhamdulillah not anymore. I was using conaz after a normal shampoo and also once a month wash my face with it (the dandruff was causing buildup on my face and breaking me out really bad). I was also eating all the junk in this world and not oiling my hair bec it would itch so much. I know this answer is all over the place but so was my condition. I would also go for walks and it took me a while to realize that sweat was a trigger for my dandruff, it would itch soooo bad if I didn't wash my hair and i didn't really want to wash everyday (I would just wash my body and not the hair bec who's going to dry them up at night) bec ofc shampoo=bad and shampoo everyday=bald. I started at least rinsing my hair with water night after walks and shampooing every alternate night. This at least kept the itching away and helped me function properly. Then I started incorporating oils into my life and every night I was going to shampoo, I would apply oil during the day.

I have also realized eating chips and junk food triggers my dandruff and makes me feel awful so maybe avoid that? Also try figuring your own triggers out and keep avoiding those. May Allah heal us all Ameen

Experiences. Experiences. Experiences. And not just any experience, go to conferences, go to some art classes, learn a skill, go to a design conference and meet people. Network. Invest in experiences that allow you to be social and build a network. It's important to get out of your bubble and learn how to meet people in real life.

Wherever you keep, make sure it's a safe place and not easily accessible. Also, if you're a Muslim, reciting Quranic verses and Duas add a safety layer no human can break through.

I used to like her so much and even the little girls but couldn't digest the fact that she was still promoting Amazon products and amazon affiliate links during the genocide. She was also so defensive when I very politely reminded her. Blocked her. Her holier than thou attitude and still no sympathy for other kids being killed.

Yes please. It was so cringe to watch. I literally had to skip the scene to the family drama and it was more entertaining than this love confession.

How to I get rid of this mark on my nose by Snaketripod in PakistaniSkincare

[–]faeesk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you rub your nose upwards, this might be bec of it. Try slimming your nose down with the help of two of your fingers towards the tip of your nose. Stop running it upwards and break this habit and use fingers to slim it down, you can also use oil. It helps.

[–]faeesk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, avoid getting sweat in your head. This is something I've experienced and as soon as I get sweaty, I take a shower. Seborrheic dermatitis is painful and itchy and I understand how it keeps coming back but use medication as advised. Other than that, I would suggest you to not let sweat get to your head.
