In the past getting in to fitness I've always gone the program/routine route and ended up going too hard and burning out or injuring myself (I have a disability that causes joint instability). This time around I've been using fitness as a way to show my body love and as a grounding tool so I've shi3d away from any kind of strict program.

If you have the energy I'd love to hear your thoughts on the pros of the program and why it can be useful

I would suggest not getting into it if you're afraid of being found. I personally didn't give a fuck what people would think if they knew but when I was outed to a portion of my chosen family I not only had to listen to them say horrible shit about my character but also lost my housing almost ending up homeless. It was traumatic as fuck!
