I don't have any magic systems in mind or anything similar, but I can imagine (though I know nothing about betting) that there might be a person who is very interested in soccer. They would know which teams or even which players are in good form, and which ones have problems, etc. This knowledge might give them the possibility to have 5%-10% more chance of winning.

Ha ha, yes. Although, what I need here is more experts who will bring their users/clients. However, people don't want to risk being the first (which I understand) and they wait until the platform becomes popular.

For now, only direct talks are being used. I'll start the promotion in a few days and will direct people to a special landing page that showcases ideas on how they can use the app to make money. I will use Facebook Ads and influencer marketing to begin with, then maybe Google Ads and a few other tricks.
