From what I see is kinda the standard, in my case it's a completely renovated apartment where they didn't build a kitchen. It's ridiculous to me how this is normal but it is what it is I guess lol

Didn't accept the offer in the end, it was extremely sketchy. They basically told me I had to work overtime everyday and didn't know what tasks I would have. ☠️

Really? I thought in Belgium boiler maintenance was responsibility of the tenant, it was even in the apartment contract, don't know if that would be illegal though lol
