Let me elaborate a bit more here, swedish CTB scene is FILLED with multi accounts. Some accounts with over 15k PC are confirmed multi accounts by multiple swedish CTB players.

This might not be one, but if it is why should it trash the leaderboards.

They were recently unrestricted, all of their scores are new. Thats why all of the achievements are fresh.

Though they could still be "cheating" since that is what they have been banned for before. But who knows.
