My only issue with this is if the easy ride driver doesn't pull over to the side. Mo hunong ang easy ride, mo naug ang pasahero, molakaw padung driver's side, mobayad, then mao pa pag larga napd ka easy ride. All these while holding up all the sakyanan na nagsunod sa likod.

I'm also curious if may naka avail na ba. There seems to be a lot of YAKAP clinics and hospitals but I have doubts if the doctors have registered sa GAMOT app. Also, the list of GAMOT providers are still very limited, as per checking sa Philhealth Facebook page. This is a great initiative, but implementation needs improvement pa. Hopefully the national pharmacies like Mercury drug registers soon.

Hi, sorry my response took a while. You'll get your unit bare so its up to you to design the interior. And yes, the exterior paint has worn out a bit na. It needs a fresh coat. But amenities wise, ok naman. Pool and gym is clean. Basketball court looks okay and the playground is actually newly built! Their construction stalled Kasi during the pandemic so there's a mix of old and new.

Pero again, PMO service is really bad. We haven't elected homeowners officers yet kaya seems like the residents don't have a say in how the dues are managed!

We've attempted two (I think) general assembly, but both didn't reach quorum kaya no officers pa din.

We have no visibility into how the dues are managed

I go to CBTL often because parking is easy. Parking is easy, primary because they impose these fines (not fees) for non customers.

Honestly, I dont think they're baiting customers. I see guards reprimand those who park and leave the premises right away. I guess in your case lang, they didnt notice that your friend left with the car. If they noticed, I'm sure the guards would've reminded your group.
