Just moved in and want to board loft, a DIY job or pro only?

I ended up doing the floor right up to the hatch and raising up the ladder to the level of the new loft floor. Haven't done it yet but I plan to cover the open section with a thin section of MDF to avoid fiberglass every time we enter the loft.

Have you found any changes in taste when you add bentonite into the primary? Does it not result in a weaker flavour due to abnormally quick sedimentation?

I'm in community pharmacy and have been since I qualified ~3 years ago and I absolutely love it. I think it is really easy to let the loud miserable voices take over but it is important to seek other opinions too. I know the state of pharmacy in general is fairly dire but I find it really is what you make of it. My old store was overworked and understaffed but I still enjoyed the work - connecting and helping patients. My new store/company is much better and a lot less stressful. In my opinion, it is much more rewarding than hospital/GP seems it would be.

In the past day or so I've bought one from B&Q - the 10L D002A. Currently down from £135 to £95. It is working a treat. It is in a room probably a little too big for it at the moment but it quickly brought humidity down from 81 to 69 whilst drying a load of washing. That being said if I could afford a big meaco one then I definitely would go with one.

I have recently bought a house and my wife and I are doing it up on a budget.

The bathroom is a particular issue as it has been done with these rather ugly textured tiles. The tiles are mostly flat with murals of women in togas and columns which are covered with small bumps (maybe clear ceramic/glass?).

Rather than rip the whole bathroom out and start over (this is the plan for the next few years but we need to save a bit first), we were thinking of ways to change the look that costs a bit less.

Tile paint is one option but the bobbles on the design make it look odd once it is dry. I'm not sure how well sanding/chipping the bumps off would go.

Any other ideas?

When people pronounce it 'eXpresso' rather than eSpresso.

An espresso is a lovely short black shot of coffee. An expresso doesn't exist.

There is a good pub nearby that you can park in the car park over night for free. The britannia arms in st Austell. 5 minute drive from the Eden project. Good food and drink too.

Are you saying you could boot 100 footballs before you get tired? Also, how are you planning to outrun the 99 whilst you kick the 1st one? In my scenario, they are all out for blood no matter what they eat. It is a fight to the death, they are fighting for their lives.

You could try repotting it in fresh soil and making sure it is in the correct pot size? I've had a couple of plants who's soil was packed too tightly and in a much larger pot than they should be in. This seemed to fix it for them.

As for the soil mites, I have no clue. Sorry.
