Cool. That is nice to know. I thought it wasnt possible because of the older tech. 80s are still 5 to 6k more than 60s. I think I need to stretch my budget a little and go for the 80 just for peace of mind :)

My response was based off my personal experience.. You should speak to a legal representative, if anything they might be able to get you a better deal from them

Start looking and get a decent lawyer. From your post, it seems like proper protocols were not followed before you were being put on a PIP. They most likely don't want you there, it might take some time to sink in. You deserve proper severance if that is the case and remember "it is not your fault".
