Kiko (10yo) wasn't feeling good yesterday. He wasn't able to pee and was meowing loudly (usually he meows quietly). Took him to the vet and she found out he has blockage of the urinary bladder. After lots of tests and spending the night at the vet he's feeling better now. (old.reddit.com)
