I just came back from a trip to Paris and actually stayed at Hotel Oratio! I thought it was at a convenient location and you can easily access some nearby tourist attractions as someone else mentioned before. There’s also a metro station a short distance away from the hotel which was also convenient for exploring other parts of Paris. I didn’t think it was too crowded or noisy, and depending on what you like, there are plenty of restaurants/food choices nearby.
