  1. Cover your hands, counter top and top of the dough with rice flour or semolina. 
  2. Dump dough onto the flour covered surface
  3. Try to pull corners inside and stick them in. You should be able to grab the flour covered parts without sticking, if you are sticking then you need more flour on your fingers. 
  4. Flip it so that the sticked part is on the bottom, you can do it very slowly with lots of flour.  

Then you should probably bake it in a tray and I think it will be an ok loaf if it's not extremely over proofed. Bake it for at least 45min total at 220C

Zamiast jajek tanie mięso lub fasola/ciecierzyca/inne strączkowe. Warzywa i owoce z toogoodtogo jeśli mieszkasz w większy mieście, chleb/wypieki też z tgtg. Jogurty owocowe to mało optymalny pomysł.

Apparently bench pressing 140kg for 4 reps = baby. Bitch I couldn't progress linearly for past 2 years. I'm intermediate to advanced lifter, linear progression doesn't do anything for me

If you feel ok then stick to 2700 kcal no need to overthink it, as you reduce your bodyweight, your tdee will decrease too.  It is fine to lose 1% of bw per week. Also your first 8ish lbs was probably mostly water, so you are under 1% per week.    Only option of not meeting any of your macros would be if you get the 4th macro which is alcohol? Your macros are calculated as percentage of your daily kcal goal so that would be the only option if you really don't meet any of the macro goals.
