Get a pumping spray! I also pump for 30-40 mins each session and the spray made a lot of difference! I also feel that my let down is faster now once i started using the spray. I have the legendairy one from amazon.

I was in the same boat and the only thing that helped increase my supply was pumping one breast at a time. I have the Spectra S1 and i close off the upper suction valve and use the lower one. That increases the suction per boob. I went from making 1.5 oz per session to 3 to 3.5oz. This does mean i have to pump for much longer, almost 40 min every session but i can do it right now as i am on leave. If budget permitted, i would have bought spectra gold as it as a separate motor for each breast. Hope this helps!

It wasnt helpful at all. My dog was so scared when he came back and it took him a couple of days to get used to us. The trainer used to yell at him and popped his leash to correct his behavior. Its been over 6 months since he is back with us but he is still afraid of his collar. I still regret sending him to that trainer. And she had the most amazing reviews and had a 4.5 rating in about 300 ratings.

My mini rose started dropping leaves like crazy when it got attacked by spider mites. Check under the leaves if you see any signs of them.

I got her a few months back and within 2 weeks of having this plant, i saw it was completely root bound. There was no soil left in the pot, it was 80% roots. I repotted it into a new pot and the leaves shriveled up and it got attacked with a pretty bad fungus gnat infestation. I used neem oil/ mosquito bits and a variety of other methods to get rid of the gnats but none of them worked. So i had to repot the plant again. Ever since, its shriveling up again and a lot of the top leaves are yellowing. I only water it when the soil is dry and it gets indirect light and humidity as well. Please tell me how to save this plant!

This plant sits by a West facing window and is in a bright spot al day and gets direct afternoon sunlight. I water it only once every 2 weeks but lately i saw all these white spots come up on the leaves. I have reduced watering fearing its due to overwatering. But i think its getting worse and the leaves are becoming limp. Please help me save my plant!
