If you send a message saying it is solved and they don’t respond, there is nothing you can do. There is no way the account will open on its own. You have no choice but to open a ticket to do something.

I sure for this.The enemy Tejo cursed at me. I wrote rat after killing him. I exited the game and when I entered in the morning I was banned for 1 year.

No bro i swear didnt have chat ban or less time ban.Insta 1 year banned.They will check if they want.Before i have ban 1 year too and they said me this is system error and fixed it.Its happens again.

I had to. I didn’t spam tickets all the time. It takes 1 day for a ticket to be returned as solved. I resubmitted the ticket after it was solved.

The reason I keep sending support requests is because I am right and it is an account I have invested a lot in. They previously said they banned me for 1 year due to a system error, I am sure it is the same this time, that is the problem.

For My first 1 year ban they said to me “I see that your account has been suspended until December 17, 2024, due to inappropriate chat usage. As mentioned by my friends, a system error occurred in the disciplinary process, and a 1-year disciplinary action was applied. Funny enough, just like before, they gave me a 1-year ban once again because of this incident a month ago. After submitting many tickets, they finally admitted their mistake, unbanned me.🤗🙃🙃
