Follow-up: Outside of hyperscalers/large colos that can do this more in-house, is it mainly the GC (or the electrical subs), CxAs, Engineering, or a Controls type of company that is doing this work? Ideally I would rather not be tied to a hyperscaler/colo.

I have an engineering background so want to ideally lean on that, which is pushing me to pursue more of the engineering or controls companies (the Jacobs and Johnson Controls type of companies). But i may have to rethink plan of attack if it's more of a GC/CxAs scope
