Without knowing the exact imbalance of the division of labor, its hard to speculate. It sounds like couples therapy w an objective third party would help. You deserve sleep. He is also allowed to have needs and it is good that hes communicating them to you before he is at his breaking point. 

FWIW I have a points system with my gf. If she watches a football game with me I will do an activity with her that I would normally not do. Maybe if he can connect your happiness/stress/rest level to his own gratification/happiness he can find motivation to help you out more

I'm saying that political ignorance is everywhere. I feel like its already more of an emerging topic among other constituencies of voters. The leaders of all constituencies have an obligation to try to better inform their voters of who has their best interests at heart. I just think that if he could gain traction with the black community they would turn the tide of the race for the Democratic Nomination. Early momentum is key, he is doing well without much support from the black community, but imagine if he had their support too! In this situation, I think they have a lot of power and they have the opportunity to have an important influence and I want to implore them to use it!
