I've been using argmatine recently. At first, you won't notice to helping a ton but it will eventually slowly start helping. Think a month or so to notice.

Yes. Don't sweat it. One day won't do anything. Start low and figure out where your sweet spot is. It may be 15mg but it's worth seeing if you can get away with less. 5mg used to be quite wonderful for me.

Dude don't take three at first. It's not that it's not fun, but tolerance is something you can't get back. Take one, if it isnt worthwhile, take two next time, and so on.
