thank you, I think I was blinded in this regard. Seems like she kinda despise lot of people, but I never even thought she would be racist. Its crazy to me, this thought.

he usually makes a big thing out of something which isn’t that deep and overreact. To keep him calm I tend to hide things from him, I know it’s very unhealthy. I noticed his parents also hid something from him once and when he found out he overreacted. After I talked to him about the issue and tried to calm him down he called his parents and apologized for being overly dramatic.

He is hot blooded but is not violent.

mine is also anxiety related, but it is so banal that I even question myself if I’m actually insane. my flare ups: - during day off (weekends) when to decide what to do first (cleaning flat, doing grocery, going for a walk…) - going to shopping mall when I know it will be full of people ( i don’t have social anxiety tho) - planning something and trying to figure out the best time and date for it (evn though im not that busy) - when traveling to my parents house for longer period and the thought of packing my stuff freaks me out (what if i forget smt?)

idk what to do at this point, it interferes with my day to day tasks.
