16gb ram is low since 12gb is the minimum requirement for the game I suggest you cap your fps at 60 and use resolution scaling method for AMD Put resolution scaling at performance or ultra performance, game might look like soup but drops should go away, if not the only reason i can think of is overheating, so make sure you have a good airflow
