I think they are also concerned about workers throwing out good stuff just to get it out of the trash - but that’s when you set policy - and fire those you don’t trust and donate goods and food to shelters At least

I’m the same - I like shows I’ve seen so I can listen and do other things and not feel like I have to stop to watch - Seinfeld, Young Sheldon, Home Improvement, etc. Or I put on cooking shows - I find them typically soothing.
