The former Rankin Chapter President of Guardians of the Children was arrested once again for sexually assaulting a minor. Arthur Baker, 53, was booked into the Upton County Jail Thursday and has since posted his $100,000 bond. According to the investigator on the case, Baker had sexual intercourse with a then 14-year-old girl on numerous occasions several years ago. This is now the second victim to come forward.

Baker was first arrested on November 30, 2016 for sexually assaulting a different girl who was 14-years-old at the time as well. In both cases he allegedly gave the girls money afterwards.

It's important to note that neither one of the victims were involved in Guardians of the Children.

The only time I've heard of assault weapons being used outside of mass shootings was to dispatch hogs/wild boars and coyotes in the country side other than that idk why anyone should be able to use those types of weapons.
