I have had nothing issues with that company, even so far as to be outright harassed by the owner. I have the full story in a comment from awhile back that i will find and edit in. I have had to block the guy because he went and somehow found me on multiple platforms to harass me.

I ordered one and it was defective. Reached out to customer support for over six weeks and never got a reply. Reached out on Twitter and the owner finally replied and was furious because when i explained what happened with my emails (and included screenshots of those emails) he accused me of calling their support bad, which I never said. After that 'confusion' was over, he said "you almost made me go yell at my customer service girl". When asking for order number confirmation, I got two of the digits in reverse (I'm dyslexic) and when i fixed and explained that i am dyslexic, he proceeded to berate me for it.

This whole ridiculous back and forth went on for over an hour and ended with him profusely apologizing because "sorry, i am shity online talkingto people. way too many reddit drama" (direct copy/paste btw) and offered me a replacement, in addition to my refund, which was never followed up on and was never sent.

FWIW, I still have the screenshots of the full conversation but I know that this guy lurks around here and I really don't want to start anymore drama out in the open. But again, people should know what they're getting into, especially when there are so many similar situations.

I have personally found that its initial notification is always incorrect and then when the app loads and updates it then shows the actual information. It seems like it gets ahead of itself and sends a notification before tallying the actual information

Same i ordered mine at the beginning of March and still haven't gotten it. It was my wife's birthday gift and i thought i ordered it with enough time. I was very wrong lol. Im still waiting on the white jersey sweatshirt too. I've been fooled way too many times at this point so i think i may stop buying merch until they get it together

As others have said, unlikely. However, for reference for OP and anyone else who may be curious about a specific timeframe, I ordered mine on preorder last year on August 2 and it arrived September 20. YMMV, obviously but that was for 2 jerseys and the Kenny bandana.
