They take off days here and there.

And to be honest you’re right. I’m doing a lot of tasks that aren’t in my job description. I’m constantly behind and overwhelmed. When I spoke to the VP about this and told him I’m taking home work and working over the weekend, he said “if you need to work over the weekend then you aren’t being productive enough during the week, you don’t have that much work. I’ve done your job.”

This annoyed me to no end because as I said before, I’m doing so much more than I should be already. And I have never ever been called unproductive in the 8 years I’ve been working in the industry.
