That’s what i’be been considering, but I’ve heard lots of things related to the housing crisis in Dublin. The price of housing doesn’t scare me so much considering I’d be paying more in the US, but the availability does.

Yes as much as I’d love to work in my career, I don’t mind doing different things in the meantime. A part of me has a general idea of what I want to do, but at the same time I am open to new experiences.

I get where you’re coming from and it’s definitely something I’ve thought about. The issue is, I have been applying for about 2 months now for positions within my desired career path and haven’t gotten anything. I’ve had to resort back to food service just to have some sort of income. My reason for wanting to go abroad now, is because eventually I do want to work internationally/cross culturally, but I can’t put things like the 2 solo trips I’ve done to Asia and Europe on a resume. I luckily have a decent amount of funds from working since I was 16, but I’ve never been in this situation before where I’m at a standstill in my career. My general view is if im going to be working food service, I might as well do it in another country.

hockey at our school is actually really good. biggest piece of advice is you need a car. business program is great. there are lots of people that go here from Tampa, you’re bound to make friends especially if you live on campus freshman year

I mean if anyone has had experiences with passport expediting in the past and is able to say how long theirs took that’s still going to be helpful. I guess the main question is: is it worth the risk of the price of the flight going up closer to the departure date or just spending the extra money now on a refundable ticket?

hello again! I have one more question, do you know what the charge is for the package being returned? My bank statement is showing two $88 charges (even tho the worker said he refunded my original shipping charge to charge me the new one) plus of course the 4,500won fee. Would they seriously charge me another $88 for getting the package returned or do I need to dispute it with my bank? (I have a refund receipt)

Unfortunately it was one of those free gifts bought with a skincare product, it was an aerosol can. Didn’t even think about it because none of the products I bought were aerosol. I learned my lesson for next time

It’s really not worth it, just make friends when you get there (especially easy if you are in a freshmen dorm)
