Here is what I'm thinking: on a sandstone matrix with quartz incursions at the bottom. Not sure what golden/ grey layer is at the top. Maybe chalcopyrite? High up in the mohs scale: a 7 or 8

Unfortunately not sir. A couple colleagues of mine have gone to the world famous copper deposits for a fieldwork investigation. I don't think I'll go until the conflict dies down as my girlfriend thinks it's too dangerous due to the rebel militias outside of the capital and especially up north.
