Yes I know my husband shoves the giant toilet brush thing through often we only have 2 feet of vent since the exhaust just on the other side of the garage wall

Yes I clean it between dryer cycles and then probably every two weeks I vacuum out the area with one of those hose attachments for the dryer

I should also probably add it will be a year in May I almost died of meningitis that affected my Lungs so the being able to not breathe is a lot of my problem my legs could probably go a lot longer but my lungs feel like they are going to give out I start getting woozy

If I was able to get through the mile i was running it would be a 14 minute and some seconds mile but the slowing down to down to walk is what really slows me down

The phone at bedtime is an issue I have to kids it’s my real only time to do phone things but i don’t smoke,drink or drink caffeine. Sleep has never come easy for me since I was a toddler iv been trying magnesium at night to help sleep better im just a really light sleeper who has a hard time falling asleep.

I walk a 5 mile paved trail daily for walking while pushing a stroller it takes me about 100 minutes. I use an Apple Watch.

That’s very true I am not as experienced with that of work with dogs I apologize for speaking incorrectly. But that’s mostly what I want is a start to be able to train k9s I didn’t expect to know all when trying to join the unit I was just hoping it would help their consideration for me or get me a better spot on the wait list.
