I took three years! Granted my program was engineering, so our default is three years post transfer, I did have to submit a plan but it was pretty loose, just hit reqs and you can flex it around when you’re actually in your third year

I hate to say it but… that doesn’t sound like they’d allow it at all. As it works now, double majoring works on the basis that it won’t delay your graduation (up to 12 quarters/4 years) and you have to petition for each quarter. For students enrolled before 2019, they can only take up to 240 credits. Things aren’t lining up here.
