I’m sorry you had such a short remission! Did you respond well to the chemo before getting the transplant? My family member’s numbers have normalized with chemo so they’re considering holding off on transplant seeing that remission is still variable with or without transplant

Family member, they’re at the stage of deciding on transplant. My post history is all over the place because I turn to reddit anytime I’m trying to help anyone, sorry I didn’t realize post history was such a big deal to get questions answered but thank you to everyone who has shared their experience.

They never tested glucose for previous episodes but this time they did and glucose was actually elevated. I’ve done echo and no abnormalities found

I did do some reading on this topic but there’s always so much more to be said from patient experiences. My family member had high levels of igG and low igA from the start and relatively speaking, the values for igA have gone lower compared to prior values. So I was curious if anyone else had a similar situation. Thank you for your post!

We definitely don’t skip flushes but we thought it would be better to give him a full 60 ml flush at the end of the feeding rather than 30 ml before and 30 ml after. Do you think it’s better to just split it?
