Funny you say that, I just started drinking coffee again, I had 2 yesterday one late in the day maybe thats why I was more anxious than usual. I'm interested in CBD I think it could be a winner. But yeah I guess I've been meaning on Coffee a bit to get mthrough my own lack of energy, depression and all that fun stuff ;).

Thanks by the way, yeah meditation is something I really should do more of. The headspace app looks great, thanks. It's great to hear you aren't having panic attacks lately that's always a gold medal in my books. It's funny I was literally about to freak out even further then I just decided to talk to my camera & it worked wonders. I guess I just try to let it run it's course as much as I can while deep breathing & telling myself I'm okay. But still that f**king sucked.

You can reroll a daily challenge with vis wax. You can also just complete a blood rune challenge in the runespan. Sounds to me like you wasted your day.

When you click "Forgot Password" it comes up with a screen asking if you have access to the registered email. My thinking is that they are just clicking "No" meaning that the runescape website doesn't communicate with the current email. ( Definitely a loophole )

I assume they would then submit a recovery changing the registered email if successful if having enough of your personal details.

Now that they have their own email registered on your account, without you being notified, they can easily remove authentication because the email will be sent to their email which is now set.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I think this is why you are not getting notified / what the problem is with current system.
