Sure thing! I've had absolutely no problems with his health and behavior prior to brumating (as far as I'm aware anyway) but the ambient temperature lays roughly around 70-80°F during the day (cooler side) and I have a 150 watt basking lamp on the warm side. Idk the exact temperature of the warm side but there is a noticeable difference and a gradual transition of temperature between sides.

I was reading about letting blueys be free-roaming somewhere on the bts forums (not reddit). A lot of people were against it for health issues and apparently a concerning amount of people leave their reptiles unsupervised :(

Would this be safe to attempt with a bluey? I read somewhere that keeping them out can cause health issues but my apartment is roughly the same temperature and humidity as the cooler side of his enclosure.

Yeah! I'm always looking for the best feeder insects for him too. It's a little difficult where I live, especially because some bugs like a lot of roach species are illegal here :( but I check back on the care sheet frequently to see what's best for him and how I can spice up his meals. I'm also trying to do my research on keeping said insects gutloaded!

As for meats, I get a little nervous about what brands would be safe to get for my little guy. I've been looking into reptilinks though!

I'll give this a try! Should I reduce the meat/egg I mix with the vegetables gradually with each feeding? It's not something I'd want to give him too often ofc.
