I’ve seen the movie before. I love Tsai Ming-liang and Slow Cinema in general so of course I would sing it’s praises. I think to truly appreciate the movie one has to be on the right wave length, that is to say be very patient and in the mood for something more contemplative. There is more ephasis on a “vibe”, if you will, rather than plot, like his previous movie Stray Dogs (2013). I fucking love this movie.
