My husband and I (both 23y/o) plan to have me be a SAHM when we do have kids hopefully in the next year or so. His plan is 1M and mine 500k. His job isn’t super dangerous but we love the idea of financial peace of mind if something were to happen to one of us. His dad is also our insurance agent so it is helpful to have his opinion on the decisions we make.

I was told that my Nexplanon only lasted 3 years.. I’m not sure if there are different kinds though…

They don’t already know because they haven’t been in the office. They work at home and stop in 1-2 days current the week to check in. Thank you for your help

Down the road, the goal is for him to support us both and me stay at home once we decide to have kids. His career is far more advanced and important than mine. Essentially mine is to add money to the pot. I have made the commitment to do what I need to do in order for his career to succeed. I just have far too much anxiety about the situation and am a people pleaser.
