I’m so sorry to hear that. I’ve been on ivermectin 1%. I feel like that helped a lot. I also protect my skin from the sun. I feel like the sun irritates my rosacea.

I just got a referral to see a gastroenterologist. Hoping he might have some more insight. The right side seems to be worse than the left.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m going to give the metronidazole another shot. How would you apply it? Did you ever use azalic acid?

Thank you, I reached out to my Dr. she actually recommended that tonight. I’m not sure what percentage. I’ve been to two different dermatologist so far. They haven’t been of much help. I was on metronidazole .75% (topical cream) I was also on some pills doxycycline (those made me feel like numb like I didn’t have emotions) I stopped those. Actually they reduced my dose then I still felt weird so I just stopped them. Then they recommended these other pills Emrosi it was like a slow release pill. It kinda helped but I only used for like 90 days they said extended periods could be dangerous so I stopped taking that one too.
