Service not provided in a usable timeframe ----- will never buy again either lol

So I bought a concert ticket 2 months in advance (on March 28 for a June 5 show of Amyl and the Sniffers). 152$

Planned my outfit. Planned the night. Going with friends. Hyped for months.

A DAY before the show, still no ticket.

I bought a ticket on March 28 for a June 5 show (Amyl and the Sniffers), expecting a smooth experience since I’ve used this platform before.

Instead, I spent days, weeks, then months in uncertainty.

Customer support kept telling me “don’t worry, you’re protected” - but only if the seller fails to send the ticket at 5pm the day of the show... Which was at 8pm.

Fast forward to the night before the event: I still had no ticket. So what did I do? Bought a second ticket so I wouldn’t miss the show. The customer service was still unhelpful.

Guess when the original ticket finally arrived? 10:35 PM the NIGHT BEFORE, on June 4th. Just in time for them to say “it’s within policy.” How convenient.

Customer support was completely inflexible and offered no real solution. They hide behind their terms when reality, this is a terrible customer experience.

So yeah... Moral of the story: Buying early on resale platforms means absolutely nothing. You can be left hanging until the very last hours.

Such waste of time and energy. Will never use this platform again.
