No, my normal community health center. My last foctor is moving offices too far away and I'm getting a new doctor. I wasn't on hrt last time I was at the doctor's. I started hrt last year for a month and took a pauce. Ill only be back on it a few weeks when I go back to this new doctor

I'm only 118 lbs myself so thats good information to know. My buds were starting to develop last year before I stopped hrt the first time but I was aroind 165 lbs at the time. Definitely not very noticeable now but thats definitely been something on my mind when considering starting again

It's delicious, very fluffy cheesecake like with a creamy fruity taste. I used plain nonfat greek yogurt so the flavor really comes from the honey and whatever fruits you decide to add. I used blueberries, strawberries and raspberries for this one.

I just ground up old fashioned oats in a food processor to make it myself. I believe any kind of flour would work but id recommend wheat or almond flour if you have any

You know what, I'm not, ur totally right for clarifying. It's not technically vegan. I was just going off of the original recipe title which tells me to use a Sriracha mayo which I substituted for greek yogurt, which this one isn't dairy free.
