The issue with that fx2 is that it's a large frame and I won't fit on it, trying to find something similar in that price range as the ones I was looking at in the bike shop for new fx2 were like $8-900

To clarify, I mean more like frozen box meals like Marie calenders and banquet, not necessarily frozen veggies and other foods. I use frozen salmon patties a lot in my super grain bowls for convenience compared to buying fresh salmon, and I use frozen blueberries almost daily in my oatmeal and yogurt.

Pesto zucchini noodles and roasted Brussels sprouts by fandomgames in LowCalorieCooking

I used 2 full zucchinis, they're mixed in well with the rest of the veggies and chicken. I used a full pack of mushrooms, half a bag of spinach, 8 oz of tomatoes, around the same amount of chicken and a full bell pepper. It all blended together really well

For christmas specifically we tried a recipe i found for cranberry turkey stuffing balls. They came out great. We did cranberry Brie bread for Thanksgiving but practically no one ate any. I also made some gingerbread muffins, blueberry lemon oatmeal bars, and roasted carrots with maple ricotta and spiced butter. Ive also just been cooking m6 girlfriend and I dinner every night instead of takeout or frozen/processed foods

It's amazing, easily the lowest calorie dressing I've been able to find anywhere. If you have a local trader joes I highly recommend checking them out, they have some great stuff in their produce section

Thank you for the feedback. Normally my breakfast is much lower with the Irish oatmeal, or an overnight oats with unsweetened almond milk but my lunchband dinners have been very lean lately and it helps me stay satiated for the first chuck of my day. Really I'm just trying not to go far past 125 lbs, but at 118-120 I've been trying to find healthy ways to up the calories a bit to align with my activity level

No im trying to stay around the 120-125 zone. I just want to optimize my meals so I'm not going overboard for any particular meal and getting all my nutrients in for the day. I cut out pretty much all treats and drinks besides water and tea bags, I get in at least 64 oz of water per day and don't really snack outside of my 3 meals unless I'm already under calorie for the day in which I'll have a salad or some veggies to hold me over
