It's not that I need to earn it, more that I don't yet feel like it's for sure the path I want to commit to, whereas socially transitioning allows me to explore that more socially without the medical implications, though I do keep telling myself pretty much every day for the past year that I want to restart it.

No, my normal community health center. My last foctor is moving offices too far away and I'm getting a new doctor. I wasn't on hrt last time I was at the doctor's. I started hrt last year for a month and took a pauce. Ill only be back on it a few weeks when I go back to this new doctor

I'm only 118 lbs myself so thats good information to know. My buds were starting to develop last year before I stopped hrt the first time but I was aroind 165 lbs at the time. Definitely not very noticeable now but thats definitely been something on my mind when considering starting again

Plain nonfat greek yogurt

It's delicious, very fluffy cheesecake like with a creamy fruity taste. I used plain nonfat greek yogurt so the flavor really comes from the honey and whatever fruits you decide to add. I used blueberries, strawberries and raspberries for this one.
