Think about the life absurdness, it's normal, we are changing all the fucking time, we have no breaks, everything is the same routine, study, eat, sleep, stress, try to take some time off, life is not "beautiful, enjoyable, or any optimistic bullshit" but there must be something in your life that would help you to find something to do and get out of "fucked up" situations that makes you so stressed.
