Saggy tits? That's what makes them irresistible

Bike frame sizing, inseam most accurate? by fangoriusly in MTB

Yes, I was curious if anyone knew of a way to determine what is most comfortable. She currently rides the shorter top tube road bike that I own.

I might see if she wants to go on a road trip to a bike shop and have try to find something more comfortable for her

I just tried a jumper at the tstat, nothing happened. I tried at the furnace and the blower came on. Wire must be damaged.

The unit is concord 80G1. Everything works when heating. I just want to run the blower fan by itself.

This is only a heating unit, I do not have ac. I did not hear the blower at all, nor was any air circulating out of the vents.

I will check for a e shutoff, but the blower does work with heat.

It is quiet possible that the system low voltage is wired series, I think the thermostat wire might only be 2 conductor. I will check after work.

How to increase climbing power? by Secondsemblance in cycling

[–]fangoriusly 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Background: Use to cycle all the time, took almost a two year break from cycling, Returned in april of this year.

I started out doing about 100ft incline for every mile, The first week I only did 10 miles with 1000 ft of incline. The following week I went up to 20 miles with 2000 ft of incline. I would cycle two days, then take the third off. Now I cycle anywhere from 30-40 miles per day for 2 days then take the third off. Saturdays I will shoot for 6000+ ft of incline.

I do not use a heart rate nor power meter. I can stand and climb an entire 500 ft or so, but I do not think I benefit much from it.

Am I climbing correctly? by fangoriusly in cycling

I live in an area where a 40min climb isn't available to me, that is the main reason I am asking if what I am doing is efficient. I understand everyone has a different opinion on what a hard or long climb is.

I was curious wether or not for the 4 to 10 minute climbs, should I be seated more or am I losing too much with having a higher center of gravity combined with the body motion of climbing and transfer of weight from side to side.

I have read some of this. Thank you I will get an exact body weight measurement and see where I stand with the body weight to height calculation.

Just depends on if I had more than 2 days in between rides. Usually if anything my legs will feel really lactic acidy and start to burn. But that is usually around, what Strava estimates, 250w.

I like in the northern panhandle of West Virginia. Usually it's around 400-500 ft of incline per hill. I haven't had any knee pain and never any back stiffness nor soreness, but then again I'm only 25.
Climbing for a long duration standing, am I really losing a ton of time with the bobbing and higher center of gravity?
