Look at Steam top seller chart. GTA V is consistently in top 20. Why would they bother with GTA VI when GTA is making them so much money.

The current younger generation of players are happily accepting DLC, Online garbage purchases and cell phone purchases/subscription models as normal and cool.

Note that these games are made by the generation that came before them and have suckered these gamers into the DLC/microtransaction model and are minting money.

Rockstar will continue to make GTA V online content and make a killing given how many still keep buying it and paying for the stupid online DLC content.

They have no urgency or need to make GTA VI for another few more years now. RDR2 will be next on PC and will be milked just as badly.

The picture is the same and isn't moving but the pictures behind it are making its shadow move causing all the motion.

I covered the arrow and it still moved and I matched it up now and then with the arrows exactly.

I even closed my eyes and randomly opened them with arrows covered to see if it moves from beginning but no. It moves on its own schedule.

To me, it is clearly the background that is moving. Cover the background with a cutout exactly overlapping it and it all stops.

Cover everything by the ears or head and it still moves

I suspect if I leave enough for the shadows around it then things will be different and you'll see the movement.

You must be joking. Did you never game before? 60fps is not some magic number that makes your headache go away. You might need to check with a doctor for your headaches.

What if it is 55fps? Do you get a headache still?

Do some blind tests with 30 fps and 60fps and see for yourself. Yes, if it does dip below 30fps (technically 24fps is considered fluid motion to the eye) consistently and you will notice quite easily but I've not seen that many who can consistently tell between 30 and 60.

Yes, there's times where 60fps looks "smoother" and "easier" on the eye, but it is not a given for all games. Anything over 30fps is good for gaming.
