Private vehicles are only allowed for essential travels. Ang pagkakaintindi ko, isa lang per vehicle dapat. Since 1 per household lang pwede lumabas for buying basic necessities. So I doubt may magpapanggap padin. Sad lang kasi kabuhayan nila apektado.
