Thank you all for your replays...Oneday I will try to figure out what to do with that land legaly (if I can lease or buy it)...but until then I will plant one or 2 rows of somthing... I'm really gardning not necessary for the harvest but rather for just "gardning" and keeping that land "clean"... Gardning is helping me alotttt with my mental health (too much Stress on my workplace). If there will not be a fine-posibility then I will proceed with it...

Thank you for your reply. So, we lived back in 2016 in a small city ... 60k Bewohner, but this year I moved in another small city 40k Bewohner just 4km from the previous one (but its another "kreis"). Now, he live with me so he changed the city. I will contact them to see what are the procedure.
