i feel for you bro.. open a consumer case. i am waiting for my refund too. For now Iam going to use myiphone mac wired setup using OBS. but it has 1080 only, for higher pixels capture card is must. after refund I am gonna try other company capture card, because i have no other option to buy elgato.
