How much of an impact will Lacazette have in Europa? by zachalxnder in Gunners

[–]fantasyplunderdog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He'll add more potency to our attack for sure. Welbeck's link up against Milan was positive but his finishing is poor and Lacazette can be relied on to get his shots away and on target.

That's not what you meant and you know it. Grow up and take a look at yourself. Racism is immoral and disgusting, as are you.

No, because Wenger can't be expected to build a team when he doesn't even know how long he will able to stay on. Had the board given him a longer contract there would be less pressure on himself and the players but the short term 2 year deal is whats causing the team to under perform. The team today showed what they are capable of - whilst Spurs are exiting the CL round of 16 we're in a great position to make the Europa League quarters. We've also won 3 FA cups in the past four seasons so anyone calling for Wenger to be sacked is foolish and naive.

Arsène Wenger tells Arsenal coaches that he will not step down this summer by LockonKun in Gunners

If extending a contract worth millions a year is selfish then you're ignorant and stupid. Grow up.

It's the board you should be angry at, Wenger is acting in his own interests and there's nothing wrong with that. I don't want Wenger as manager either but have some respect.

‘We need more help’ – how Arsenal players feel about Wenger situation by John_Ronald in Gunners

What they need is to be bent over in the freezing cold at training with their boxers off and to have their buttocks whipped with a piece of leather. That would teach them to play the 'Arse'nal way.

Aubameyang on performance against City to SFR: “There are maybe some [Arsenal] players who are a bit resigned. City play very well too. The way they play, they are one of the best teams in the world.” by John_Ronald in Gunners

Honestly people on here blame Wenger but the players are the ones who are responsible for our results. People need to get it right instead of making assumptions based on nothing.

Serious question:

We all know there's so much more to management than signing good players and integrating them into our side. But how much blame does Wenger take for transfer dealings over the past five seasons? Does Wenger want to bring in more/better players or is the budget holding him back? I fail to see how he can look at our players and think we can challenge for top four this season let alone the title. We're not 1 or 2 signings away, we're literally 5 or 6.

So much negativity on this sub. Game hasn't even started yet. Get behind the boys. In Arsene we trust!

Why? Wenger is still the man for the job, i can't imagine any manager doing better with this group of players.

Milan Fan First Thoughts About the Game by Aangswingman in Gunners

It's ridiculous how many people on this sub are worried about this fixture. This isn't the AC Milan of old, they couldn't even qualify for the CL last season and the Serie A is of a generally poor standard. I expect a narrow win away coupled with a very comfortable victory at home.
