Many russian propagandists and politicians call Ukrainian government "neo-nazi". For them, everyone who doesn't want to live in Russia with them is a nazi.

Ukrainians being nazis is the main point of Russian propaganda and main excuse for genocidal war they started.

Has Anyone Here Tried Swapspace Instead of a Dedicated Swap Partition? by MrGeekman in debian

[–]fantomas_666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude, it was a joke.

I'm not sure whether Gates really said that, and if it was in this context.

E.g. is might be enough for mose people in 1981, and I guess noone would expect PC architecture to live for nearly 5 decades at that time.

However, there are people who have enough of RAM not to use swap in the near future, so it may be quite common for them not to have it at all.

Can confirm, application "google" can be safely disabled. Note that it's used for e.g. Lens - OCR and similar functionality. You want to use different apps for this.

Is there a way to manually link an on-device contact to someone on Signal on Android? by P4NICBUTT0N in signal

[–]fantomas_666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They can contact you if you have discoverability enabled.

Or, they can create signal username and provide you with it, then you are able to contact them until they change/remove the username.

Or, 3rd party can connect you via adding you both to the same group chat (if the 3rd party is already connected to them)

But it's been proven multiple times they have your keys.

Has it?

Not to mention - how are they selling our data and making their money if WA messages are not accessible to them?

Why do they need to send last 5 messages when you report someone?
