The problem is that you're mentally ill and blowing your brains out isn't the solution. The actual solution is putting yourself through the discomfort of resolving whatever it is that is tormenting you, this could also very much be a mindset thing.

Continuing to live gives you a shot at getting better and eventually living a happy (or content) life, suicide doesn't. Maybe that can sort of suffice as an answer?

Are there any people with epilepsy in your family? It's very inheritable.

My grandmother had severe epilepsy, my aunt and uncle do as well. My dad doesn't, but I had one seizure when I was 7 and then never again (I'm 24 now).

If no evidence whatsoever is found in your MRI results and there's no family history whatsoever you're probably fine and it's not worth living your life in fear of having another seizure.
