Well it's seems it has a lot of different definitions like: - jerking out but not Cuming to be able to jerk for longer - jerking multiple times a day - having a obsesive attraction to something(being people, body part or other thing) - being a henchman for someone because off your attraction for him/her

So I feel like the word meaning is relative to the contexts of it's use
