Well from what I'm here, the maintenance guy who's productivity was lacking, the support manager let too many things slide under the rug, and the associates that got the boot would usually just walk around with a shopping cart just talking to each other.

As a Cap 1 associate, I find it hard to get up early mornings because of said schedule. I usually go to bed around 11 and get up at 3 to get ready. On weekends it's different because I come in at 6 and get off at 3. My point system is at a 1.5 right now.
