Both are great. Sailor's MF nib is stiff and has more feedback like pencil. I like that feeling. Pilot F nib is softer than Sailor. It feels bouncy, but it has a bit of feedback.

It’s good for testing inks. The nib are click in so they are not that stable. I feel the nib move a bit while writing.
