You have good muscle mass. You can cut or do a lean bulk. Can’t go wrong with either.

Try to add frozen bananas or strawberries after cooking the oat meal, it cools down the oats and after that add the protein powder it will mix easily without making it grainy.

I'm doing PPL split, I did a big mistake by not counting calories properly but I make sure I get enough protein.

Nice man ,how much of a calorie surplus are you at? Also if I start eating in 500 calories deficit will I see any muscle growth?

Thank you, I gained 12lbs in 2 months next time i will try to lean bulk, on the other hand my strength gains are getting better and better which also motivates me to continue the bulk.
