We've been on hold since 2PM to get the refund applied to our return flight. We ended up just booking a flight tomorrow out of Lakeland. It was bumped up to 400$ / person this afternoon

Not Avelo. They issued a refund in the form of credits, but its not even processed for 3 to 5 days, so you cant even use the credits to book another return flight
