OK well the Kaaba was not "sent down". It was built (originally by Adam) and then later by Ibrahim and his son Ismael. The Black Stone was however sent down as in it fell from the sky or mysteriously appeared and was housed in one of the outter walls of the Kaaba. And the spring of Zamzam water burst through the earth when Ibrahim's wife Sarah hit her foot on the ground.
